VA/Tech Specialist/Kajabi & Email Specialist

Hi there,
I’m a marketing and launch strategist and I’m looking for a rockstar to help support me with all the backend processes and tech of my coaching business. Qualities of this person much include being a strong communicator, self-starter, a natural problem solver. You must have great organizational skills with the ability to implement and take action quickly. Ideally you also have some project management experience, are growth minded, and enjoy creating systems and streamlining tasks for efficiency and productivity.

As a visionary, I’m looking for an integrator so that I can come up with ideas and you can help me implement and bring them to life.

Here’s a list of responsibilities I’m looking for you to own:

-Manage my inbox
-Manage my calendar (making sure calls and interviews are added appropriately)
-Schedule social media and email newsletters (I will create the content, but I need you to know how to schedule, tag, or segment as needed)
-Book Travel or do travel research as needed
-Ability to create meeting agendas for our weekly meetings and track company growth metrics. Specifically analytics for Instagram, Email, (and potentially FB ads) with a weekly report
-Send/Prepare Invoices
-Tech integrations – you must be tech savvy and enjoy figuring out how to make all the tech work together
-Podcast pitching and professional email communication – I need help submitting myself for media opportunities. I have the templates and contacts but not enough time to implement and keep track of outbound marketing and PR. I need you to have strong written communication skills to send podcast pitches on my behalf to book monthly podcast interviews.

Ideally I’d also love for you to be available for a few hours each day (either morning or evening -I’m flexible- to work in Eastern Standard Time. I’m based in Cancun, Mexico)

-Kajabi
-Convertkit
-Google Drive
-Motion (its an AI project management tool similiar to Click Up – this you can easily learn when we start working together)
-Honeybook
-Dropbox
-Slack
Bonus if you have experience with Manychat or would like to learn

If there is a skill or tool you would specifically like to learn around these responsibilities, i have access to many trainings and courses to help you develop and further your skills. Working with someone who is hungry to learn, wants to improve their skillset, and find ways to simplify and take things off my plate is essential.

As a launch strategist I work with entrepreneurs, experts and creators to launch and sell their online programs, courses, and membership sites. My biggest priority in the business right now is to grow my audience and create scalable processes.
I primarily work with female clients and have a long term goal to help educate and teach women how to make money, become financially independent, and use business as a tool to create stability and more time with their families. I value Freedom, Growth, Integrity, Organization, & Strong Communication and expect to work with someone who does as well.
