VA To Assist in Publishing Articles to WordPress

Hi there,
We are looking for a VA to assist in publishing articles to WordPress.
THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE PUBLISHING JOB!!
This is NOT your typical publish-an-article job!
A BIG part of this job is extracting the most salient points of the article and then creating media from it.
Again:
You MUST read, understand and be able to extract the most salient/important points or stats from each article. With that information, you must create an ‘infographic,’ a short custom video, and other media to support each article.
This may sound simple, but it is not.
Although training will be provided, you must have WordPress publishing experience.
You need a very keen eye for detail and be obsessed with how each article renders on mobiles.
Attached is a document with articles published.
Study the layout, links, anchors, images, PDFs, media, etc.
Experience in the health/medical niche is of advantage but not required.
This job is most likely to be a “part time job” to begin with.
Part-time = days and times to be discussed.
You must be available during UK business hours, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM.
There might be scope to work outside those hours. But for training and communications – UK business hours are required.
Task:
Publish articles already written and edited to WordPress (we use Thrive Theme Builder).
Analyse each article, extract the most important information/stats, and create multimedia (infographic, PDF, slides, video)
Again, publishing the already-written article is the easy part.
Explaining information from the article to create the multi-media takes skills.
Obviously, you need design skills (CANVA) or similar
The client prefers simple but professional-looking designs.
The client is not looking for fancy, overcomplicated designs.
Anyone considered for this job must agree to the following:
Complete a ‘test/trial’ (paid of course)
You must be available to communicate during UK business hours
An interview on UpWork using a Zoom video call
Payment:
The exact payment for the job will need to be discussed with the client.
It might be per article / or on a part-time basis.
