-Skills Development
-Leadership Training
-Communication and Customer Service Training
-Process and Workflow Training
-Performance Monitoring and Feedback
-Continuous Learning and Professional Development
-Collaboration with Stakeholders

Preferred skills to have:
-Strong knowledge and experience in designing training programs and materials.
-3-5 years of VA Experience
-More than 2 years of experience as a VA Trainer
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance to VAs
-Strong organizational skills
-Has a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest trends
-Advanced knowledge of common software for VAs
