VA Turo Car Rental platform – Los Angeles PST Time zone

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our expanding team as a VA Turo Assistant for a LONG TERM only.

The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently handle guest messages for 5-10 cars, ensuring prompt responses and providing assistance with any inquiries (basic questions like where to find a carwash or how to change dates). The ideal candidate should have experience with Turo platform or any other similar like Airbnb, VRBO be proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities:

This is a position with a 12-hour shift from 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. (Los Angeles PST Time zone) – low work-load but you have to be present from 9 AM to 9 PM PST and respond to guest messages promptly and professionally within a 5-minute timeframe, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Claims Assistance: Assist guests with filing claims and provide necessary support in the event of issues related to car rentals. (vehicle damages)

Platform Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in navigating and utilizing the Turo platform to manage reservations, bookings, and guest interactions effectively.

Phone Communication: Handle occasional phone calls from guests, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, call turo support to make changes to dates.

English Language Proficiency: Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication in English, ensuring clear and concise responses to guests.

Manage Instagram account. (Scheduling posts and reels)

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in managing Turo listings or Airbnb etc is required.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Availability: Willingness to work a 12-hour shift from 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week.
