About Us:
WindSwept Villas is a US-based vacation rental management company specializing in providing vacation rentals in St. Kitts. We manage 2 Villas on behalf of fractional owners, with the goals of maximizing rentals, revenue and property owner ROI.
The General Operations Coordinator is responsible for the following tasks:
-Billing and Accounting: Send monthly invoice reminders to owners and assist in collecting HOA payments from owners on behalf of the CEO
-Collaborate with the CEO and VP of Operations to optimize property listings on Airbnb and Vrbo
-Utilize to enhance property management and pricing strategies.
-Manage the property calendars and organize bookings of the villas using Google Sheets, Guesty and coordinate with the property manager (Kym Taylor)
-Assist in managing guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
-Handle guest communications and address inquiries, requests, and any potential concerns in a professional and responsive manner.
-Work closely with the property manager (Kym Taylor) to manage inventory
-Conduct regular reviews of property listings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and visual appeal.
-Collaborate with the VP of Operations to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to property management.
-Support property owners in optimizing their properties for the best guest experiences and financial performance.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and new tools to continually enhance property management practices.
-Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to property management and guest experiences.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in vacation rental management and guest relations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using tools such as AirBnb, VRBO, , Guestly, and Google Suite is a strong asset.
• Experience with listing properties on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO and .
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, time constraints and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Familiarity with property management.
• Accounting and billing skills
• Proficiency in English.
