VA & Video Editor Needed for Food Site

Greetings!

I run few websites focused on food and travel, and I’m looking to hire a VA experienced in video editing for both TikTok and Youtube, as well as having a basic understanding of Pinterest. There will be a mix of more simple tasks like reformatting & uploading photos or making redirects, and more creative tasks, like crafting and/or editing food videos for a variety of social platforms. I’m hoping to find someone who’s motivated by the goal of contributing to and creating beautiful & informative content, as maintaining brand identity is very important

***VA Responsibilities & Desired Skills***

Video editing of clips filmed by me or my team + copyright-free videos (sourced ONLY from provided repositories). This will require:
–Basic knowledge of video editing software
–Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
–Can quickly establish familiarity with the brands’ design styles and preferences.

Smaller tasks I or my main VA will train you for after a while
–The may include fixing broken links, adding alt text to and/or deleting old photos, implementing and setting up plugins, etc.

Social Media Management:
–Understanding of TikTok trends and platform dynamics.
–Ability to create and schedule content that aligns with the brand(s) you’re assigned to.

Organizational Skills:
–Capability to manage daily tasks efficiently.
–Strong attention to detail.

***Workload & Compensation***

I believe it’s important to have structure at work, so I do require a short email at the end of each work day, letting me know quickly: what you did that day & what problems you ran into. If you read this sentence, please use the word “asparagus” in the title of your job application. I always want us to work together to figure out any issues and the best way to solve them, so I do hope you’ll feel comfortable coming to me with problems.

I will train you in any software you need to use, and give constructive feedback as needed. I’m open to a variety of schedule options, but I do need you to have a set schedule ahead of time so that I know when to expect your work and emial reviews. You’ll need to use Timeproof for your hours, and we’ll use spreadsheets in a shared Google drive to keep track of progress and tasks for the week (and month, year, etc.).

After 6 months, in addition to the monthly salary I do pay benefits (3 weeks paid leave, 13th month, SSS, and paid national holidays). Payment is sent by the 1st and 15th of the month.
