Administrative Support: Manage schedules, answer emails, organize documents, and perform other general administrative tasks.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and courtesy.
Sales Assistance: Assist in generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team where necessary.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts. Engage with the online community to build a loyal customer base.
Data Entry: Keep records up-to-date and assist in the analysis of sales data.
Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality articles, newsletters, or social media posts as required.
Meeting Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for team meetings, client consultations, and sales presentations.
Requirements:
Must have high speed internet
You are on a strict schedule 11am to 8pm (central standard time) and some days will be (8am-5pm Cebu Phillippines Time), since I am in Asia now.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Previous experience in sales is required
Proven experience in social media management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello is a plus
High-speed internet connection and a functional workspace
