Job Description

We are looking for someone who is serious about working with their next job for the long term. This is a career opportunity and not just a job.

As Website Administrator you will be working directly with both our IT and our Marketing Directors to update and maintain our website. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and the like will also be necessary. You will also be handling a range of responsibilities that may include web design and development, routine site and content maintenance and various updates to ensure site aligns with the goals and objectives of the company.

Overview:
Build functional and easy-to-use websites.
Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices.
Maintain, configure and troubleshoot servers.
Optimize loading speeds and capacity.
Debug pages and fix broken links or images.
Ensure functionality of website is a simple introduction to the company. Easy to navigate and understand

Responsibilities:
Will execute all website updates ongoing optimization and troubleshooting
UX/UI website innovation
Web Copy
Sales/Infographics
Generic Sales Copy
Oversees technical interfaces related to the company’s web presence including content management
Ensures website is well managed and healthy
Will maintain mobile responsiveness and visual accessibility for all web content.

Qualifications:
Have a great attitude
Ability to prioritize tasks and adjusts well to changes
Effective time-management
Strong communication and writing skills
strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Proficient with some programming languages such a CSS a plus (nice, but not necessary)

You will need to have your own computer and a headset with mic to be used while working from home all day. Additionally, you will need to have strong internet connection and the ability to multitask, utilizing multiple platforms at the same time.
This job and all interviews for this job will be held during Club Wealth Headquarters office hours which will be Pacific Standard Time.
