As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Virtual Assistant/Project Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a larger role as the company scales.
Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Project Manager to assist with various aspects of our web design and development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, web design, and development, and will be responsible for conducting research, reviewing design and development work, and building reports and proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct industry and competition research to provide insights and ideas for projects.
Develop brand guidelines, sitemaps, and design guidelines.
Review and provide feedback on design drafts, ensuring they meet client expectations and brand standards.
Prepare and update content for websites.
Create mood boards and compile design elements for projects.
Supply XD files to developers and set deadlines.
Review desktop and mobile designs, providing detailed feedback.
Document project progress and prepare reports.
Assist with client onboarding and proposal creation.
Maintain regular communication with clients, designers, and developers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role in web design and development.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Familiarity with web development processes and terminology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with UK-based clients and projects.
Knowledge of current web design trends and best practices.
Familiarity with tools like ThemeForest, Dribble, Pinterest for design inspiration.
Good candidates: A good prospect will be willing to take on the research and prep project concept ideas to show their skills, technology and design understanding.
