VA With Design Experience To Help With Our Etsy Store

The Design Portion:
You will be designing Custom T-shirt Designs using Templates in Affinity Designer. Currently anywhere around 20-40 designs per day.
Some of these are text changes only which take under 1min to do, others are slightly more complicated requiring basic Affinity Designer Knowledge. We will provide the templates and guidance on how to design them.
Attention to detail is important as spelling and basic graphic designing principles (like spacing, and correct fonts) apply.
All tasks are inside our project management software Click Up and you will be working as part of a team to get the custom clothing designed and put into production within a 24-48 hour window.
All Designs will be listed out for you at the start of everyday and will need to be completed by 12 pm Philippines time. This is so they can be used to fulfill and dispatch orders in the afternoon by our other team members. So we require most of the design work to be done between 9am-12pm Philippines time.
Product Upload Portion:
After all the designing is complete we have products that will need to be created in Printify and published to Etsy. This includes putting the designs on Mockups to create great looking images in Canva, creating the product in Printify, then using Vela to add the images and complete the product upload.
Previous experience with Printify, Vela, & Canva isn’t required for this part as we can teach you this process easily. Please write ‘detail’ as the first word of your application so I know that you are reading this carefully and have made it this far. To start with, the designing portion is the most important part of the job, and over time there will be more product uploading to do in the afternoon as well as more hours and chances for increased pay in the future as our business grows.
We communicate as a team over Slack and Clickup.
Certain times are busier than others and we are open to a fixed monthly retainer as long as the work is completed everyday, so if work is slow you can finish early, but when it’s busy we will cap it at 5 hours per day. That way you can predict your income easier, and we can predict our expenses.
We will start with the design only component at USD$372.00 a month for 15 Hours per week (3 Hours per day 9am – 12pm, 5 days a week), we can also 6 days a week if you like to work on Saturdays as well. A 6 day week salary will be paid at USD$446.39 (18 hours per week)
