VA with email marketing background

I am looking for a virtual assistant to join my digital publishing team. We operate Click to view/ and Click to view/. A successful candidate will enjoy investing their time and energy into administrative and creative tasks that are essential for daily operations and the future growth of the business. They approach their job with thoughtfulness, care, and consideration of the respective audience, making sure that all their actions are in line with established brand guidelines.

You need a bright and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong attention to detail and desire to improve over time. I’m looking for someone who is comfortable researching, problem-solving, and communicating.

We will work closely together. You will be with me for the day-to-day operations of blog management and responsible for managing our email marketing. You need to have strong written English skills; this means you can write from scratch without GPT or any AI influence. I’d like experience with google docs and sheets, email marketing, and copywriting. If you also have experience editing, humanizing AI text, or with SEO, ConvertKit, WordPress, Slack, or Click-Up then that’s a bonus, but not required.

Full paid training will be given once you are hired. The job is Monday to Friday and starts at $4/hour with a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week. You may choose your best working hours, but I do need a commitment of a few hours, minimum, every day when you can overlap with EST time, so we can have direct communication without delay. We will also have weekly team meetings on EST time.
