VA With Skills In: Speaking English, Phone Work, Writing, Working Various Projects
I am in need of a long-term general assistant with high attention to detail and the ability to get projects done. It is kind of a jack of all trades position. This would be a multi-faceted role, and you would need to be flexible, covering jobs involving talking fluently on the phone, working with Youtube, working with WordPress, ClickFunnels, & Shopify. I have all kinds of ideas on different projects and pieces of work that need to get done. You will need to speak English very fluently.
SOLID INTERNET IS NEEDED. SOLID WORKING COMPUTER IS NEEDED.
Here is a list of the types of projects that will need to be done, starting off with some of the more important ones:
– Answer phone calls during business hours (8am-5pm CST with a 1 hour lunch) and take messages.
(This would happen through a soft phone on your computer, and would need a headset – purchase can be arranged)
– Do campaigns where you call out to customers to ask if they are interested in getting help with certain things (warm calling / cold calling)
– Entering data
– Upload videos to Youtube and formulate Title & Description possibly from AI or ChatGPT.
– Maybe creating Thumbnails for videos.
– Processing website orders.
– Using AI or ChatGPT to create blog posts or video scripts on certain topics, mainly QuickBooks or Point of Sale topics.
– Working with other softwares to automatedly create voiceovers or videos.
– Possible work with WordPress or ClickFunnels.
– Possibly helping with work on Shopify stores.
– Using AI or ChatGPT to create mass emails, social posts, etc.
– Possibly sending and fielding text messages.
These are tasks just off the top of my head. Like I said above, flexibility is key!
