VA with Potential for Management Role in Amazon Agency

Key Responsibilities:

Compile and structure a database of Amazon freelancers in the Philippines.
Identify and select the best candidates for gig work and conduct interviews.
Collect and analyze freelancers’ best case studies for client acquisition purposes.
Prepare and organize presentation materials for potential clients.
Engage in learning and applying neural network technologies to enhance agency efficiency.
Conduct competitor analysis through calls and research.

Specific Tasks for the First 2 Months:

Create a comprehensive database of Amazon freelancers in the Philippines, organizing it in an Excel spreadsheet.
Highlight top freelancers based on cost-effectiveness and quality, who are open to gig work.
Gather outstanding case studies from these freelancers to attract clients to their services.
Conduct Zoom negotiations with freelancers to discuss potential collaborations.
Collect materials and organize information for creating compelling presentations.
Focus on finding an Amazon Project Manager with exceptional experience and communication skills, especially in Zoom meetings. This individual should be capable of providing high-level Amazon consultations and converting leads into clients through their professionalism.
Explore different engagement models, including hourly rate, result-based, part-time, and roles as either a sales consultant or a project manager for client management.
Arrange calls with competitors, posing as a potential client, to gather information about their services, pricing, etc.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in an Amazon-focused agency.
Detailed understanding of all business processes related to Amazon.
Excellent data analysis and structuring skills.
Proficient in negotiation and presentation.
Knowledge of neural network technologies is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and show initiative.
