Job Title: VA with Real Estate Knowledge
Location: Remote work (the company is based in New Zealand)
Work hours: 10 hours per week (from Monday to Friday only, hours will increase potentially as we go)

A virtual recruitment agency in New Zealand is looking to partner Filipinos with New Zealand businesses. We’re currently looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy individual to fill the role of Virtual Assistant.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for a Real Estate agent. This remote role requires exceptional communication skills, strong computer and analytical capabilities, and a mind geared towards problem-solving. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with foreign employers and a high degree of multitasking ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules.
Creating and preparing reports, drafting emails, and creating presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Use strong analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and give efficient solutions.
Support the executive team in ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Prior experience working with foreign employers is highly desirable.
Excellent MS Office knowledge and proficiency in computer skills.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars, and emails).
Ability to multitask, prioritise daily workload, and solve problems efficiently.
Discretion and confidentiality.

Bonus Skill:

Real Estate Experience: Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
