VA with Web Design and Digital Marketing Background

We are a newly formed small business in holistic health beginning from scratch and looking for a reliable VA who can help us grow with new and ongoing projects.

We realize not everyone has all skills. What is more important is the person and their willingness to learn and do good work.

The first 2 projects will be fixed to see if we work well together. If we work well together we will discuss a contract for ongoing part-time work. If the business grows and we are still together, we would like to hire full-time once we are profitable.

The fixed project to see how we work together is to build a landing page according to our brand kit guidelines and revise an existing website according to brand kit guidelines as well as optimize both for SEO on-page. Both sites are hosted on Hostinger. Brand kit guidelines will be provided as well as copy for the site. (Skills: wordpress with or without Elementor, SEO on-page optimization ability to do with tools provided by Hostinger)

If we decide to work together long-term, future projects/skills we seek may include:

Skills:
Graphic Design – Design visually appealing graphics, flyers, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
Content Creation – Create blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts tailored to different platforms and audience preferences.
Copywriting – Write advertisements, sales pages, email marketing campaigns, product descriptions, and call-to-actions (CTAs).

Must Haves:
– Fluent in English
– Has Whatsapp and is excellent with communication. Responds within reasonable amount of time and has to be available to speak on the phone for a few minutes on the occasion speaking is easier than texting for us to communicate what we need.
– Is accountable
– Attention to detail
– Will communicate with us if there are any issues (we are all human!)
– Is creative with ideas on how to grow the business.
– prior experience helping start-up businesses is a plus but not required.
