VA With WordPress Experience

VA with WordPress experience needed.

We are a boutique brand and website design agency that works with busy entrepreneurs to help them grow their business. Services include brand strategy, messaging and copy, graphic design, web development, and website support. If you’re extremely organized, work with integrity, and are a great communicator, this may be for you.

Work Time Zone:
40 hours per week expected. Flexible schedule, but must work Monday through Friday from 9am to 1pm Eastern.

Daily Reporting and Accountability:
A daily report is needed, 5 days per week, using Clickup, a project management tool. Just simple bullet points under each item below at the end of the day
1. What I did today
2. What I had planned to do today and didn’t do (specific issues would come
up here)
3. Any other issues/thoughts for for improvement/training needed

Communication via Clickup:
• Daily
• Check-ins when starting, stopping, and breaks required for best communication purposes

Communication via Zoom and Loom video calls and recordings:
• Multiple times per week with a minimum of Mondays
• It is expected that there will be times when we’ll work together on a website on a zoom video call
• Task Management will be done with Clickup.

Work Description:
• Your main responsibility will be making sure client websites are running efficiently and you’ll be tasked with running through a checklist for multiple websites every day
• You’ll also be helping with client onboarding tasks, document management
• Outreach and lead generation tasks
• Email marketing
• Project Management as needed
• Anything else that may come up related to supporting the business

Important Skills:
• Beaver Builder – beginner level
• WordPress – beginner level
• Google Drive
• Clickup
• Canva
• Conversational English

Nice-to-Have:
• Basic Graphic Design skills (Photoshop or Illustrator)
• Google search console
• Experience using Manage WP

Our ultimate goal is to serve and delight our clients and make a positive impact in the businesses of those we serve. You’ll receive training as needed on all items, recording videos on how to do things as it’s currently being done. However, the expectation is that the person will improve upon what is done! Feedback is always appreciated.
