Vacation Rental Property Management.
This job requires that you work:
Saturday and Sunday 7am to 7pm and Friday and Monday 7am-10am. (30hours/week)
Speak Native level English. If you don’t understand sarcasm at a native level then this won’t be a good fit for you
Work:
-Handle Check-ins, Check Outs,
-Maintenance requests and follow up
-Become a local expert in our area
-Micromanage maintenance tickets through to completion
-Answer Questions for guests and employees
-Answer phone calls, text messages, etc
-Light book keeping
-Data entry
-Be flexible to occasionally cover other employees when they are out of the office on vacation or sick the same as they would do for you.
Skills Required:
-Critical thinking skills that can decide what types of problems require immediate repair and which ones can be scheduled to get fixed.
-Tech savvy. You will be working with 8-10 different software platforms everyday.
-Naturally Cheerful. If you aren’t pleasant to talk to or if people aren’t your favorite don’t worry you aren’t alone! unfortunately this job won’t be a good fit.
-Reliable. If you aren’t ultra reliable this job won’t be a good fit.
-Bookkeeping/accountant style personality. This job requires that you have a high level of attention to detail. There are a lot of things that need to be done with every guest in a specific order.
-Reliable Internet/Electricity. This job requires the ability to be online the entire shift, there is no offline work. If you can’t answer the phone for instance that is a big deal.
