Looking to hire a rockstar to help with our Airbnb portfolio of around 25 properties. They will be responsible for everything to do with Guest Satisfaction and Guest Experience during their stay. We’re part of a fast-growing company where we encourage our team members to work hard but also remember to have fun. We’re looking for a self-starter with great problem-solving skills who always has the best intentions of guests in mind with a very friendly, personable attitude and know the importance of creating relationships. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills will be critical to the role.
We’re looking for 60 hours/week and pay between $600-$900/month, 56 hours/week: work 6 days/week, rest 1 day/week, while working 9-10 hours a day
Job Role:
– Answering guest inquiries in the form of platform messaging, text, email and call
– Managing reservations, cancellations, and calendar
– Handling dispute resolutions with the platforms
– Solving problems as they arise: coordinating repairs, hot tub maintenance, etc.
– Coordinating with vendors: cleaners, maintenance, etc. as needed
– Ordering supplies as needed- Learning the ins and outs of all the properties we own and manage
– Create Canva Ads, posts, stories, etc. for various property projects- Onboard New Cabins and enter new cabin information into OwnerRez
– Setup templates and triggers in OwnerRez for each cabin
– Create new workflow as you discover/learn new processes that we don’t have in place yet- Analyze opportunities for efficiencies to streamline processes/systems
– Join Hochatown FB groups and post about cabin availability and advertisements
– Create/update Touchstay Guide for new cabins
– Ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
– Prior experience working with Airbnb Customer Support OR a STR property management company
– Bonus: Experience working with OwnerRez, Touchstay, ClickUp, StayFi, Besty, Google Suite (Word, Excel), OpenPhone, WhatsApp, GroupMe, Pricelabs, Key Data, etc.
– High Proficiency in the English Language and has world-class communication skills: in reading, writing, and speaking.
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Strong interpersonal skills is a MUST
