We’re one of the top vacation home rental and management companies which serve the guests and clients in Orlando Florida. We’re looking for motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll bring your expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to guests through inbound/outbound calls in a high-energy environment. USA Short-Term Rental/Airbnb experience is a must.
This is a work from home opportunity, meaning that you can work from the comfort of your own home!

Responsibilities:
• Answering phone and email inquiries from guests
• Assisting guests with booking, check-in, and check-out procedures
• Resolving issues related to booking, payments, cancellations, customer complaints, and claims, etc.
• Support and provide superior customer service via telephone and email to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Achieve customer satisfaction and response time targets.
• Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
• Build positive rapport with different types of customers over the telephone.
• Quality checking and review of new listings.
• Initiate process improvements to continually enhance customer experience through operational efficiency.
• Off phone duties include spreadsheet maintenance, working on presentation of property listings, creating subscription contracts, processing sales and payments.
• Follow up any product performance concerns to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong local knowledge of day-to-day developments relating to the holiday rental market.

Qualifications:
• College/university degrees
• All-rounded knowledge and experiences (at least 2 years) in OTA channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, and TripAdvisor, etc.
• Familiar with PMS platforms like PriceLab.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2: Advanced / Mastery)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
