Job Description:
We are seeking a Guest Experience Specialist & Vacation Rental Manager to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our guests’ experiences and property owner satisfaction. As a Guest Experience Specialist & Vacation Rental Manager, you will assist our CEO in optimizing property listings on platforms such as Airbnb, Vrbo, and , while using tools like Hospitable, PriceLabs, Google Suite, Turno, and more. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the CEO to optimize property listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and .
-Utilize Hospitable and PriceLabs to enhance property management and pricing strategies.
-Assist in managing guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
-Handle guest communications and address inquiries, requests, and any potential concerns in a professional and responsive manner.
-Work closely with the cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties meet our high standards for cleanliness and maintenance.
-Assist in the scheduling of cleaning and maintenance tasks using Turno.
-Conduct regular reviews of property listings, ensuring accuracy, quality, and visual appeal.
-Collaborate with the CEO to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to property management.
-Support property owners in optimizing their properties for the best guest experiences and financial performance.
-Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and new tools to continually enhance property management practices.
-Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to property management and guest experiences.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in vacation rental management and guest relations is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using tools such as Hospitable, PriceLabs, Google Suite, and Turno is a strong asset.
Experience with listing properties on platforms like Airbnb, Vrbo, and .
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
Familiarity with property maintenance and cleanliness standards.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance is a plus.
Reliable transportation and flexibility in working hours.
