A strong work ethic and the ability to solve problems under pressure will be essential for your success. Your role will include overseeing many daily operations related tasks, housekeeping, and maintenance teams and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
This position means that no two days will play out exactly alike but will consist of managing all guest communications, scheduling property inspections, developing training manuals/SOP’s, recruiting, and ensuring efficiency and excellence.
The leadership team will rely on you to integrate technology, and possess operational know-how, and business sense to achieve and exceed their company goals.
– Coordinate preventative maintenace with cleaning and maintenance teams. This includes HVAC service/filter changes, battery changes, and deep cleaning.
– Manage repairs and maintenance issues reported by guests and operations team. ?
– Troubleshoot maintenance issues with guests and coordinate with cleaning team or mainteance team to resolve issues. Example: internet not working, television not working, air conditioner not working, etc. ?
– Input maintenance tickets inside Breezway operations system. ?
– Promptly address guests’ inquiries. ?
– Answer guest questions regarding property, nearby attractions, and dining options. ?
– Use guest feedback and reviews to provide recommendations for property improvement.

– Document property amenities and mechanicals on the backend for easy troubleshooting and responsiveness to guests queries. ?
– File damage claims with insurance to get reimbursed for any incidental damage. ?
– Monitor guest compliance to ensure no parties, extra guests, or unauthorized pets are onsite. ?
– Recruiting new vendors and cleaners. ?
– Build SOP’s ?
– Make sure cleaning’s are scheduled and assigned a cleaner. ?
– Make sure inspections are scheduled after each clean prior to next guests arrival.

* 2+ years of management experience is a plus, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
* Prior housekeeping/maintenance experience is a plus.
* Computer skills are required on all forms of hardware – laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
* Communicate professionally through email, phone calls, video calls, and texts.
* Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
* Highly responsive, reliable, and possess strong attention to detail.
* Experience with Breezeway is preferred
* Fluent in English
* Experience with Airbnb & VRBO preferred.
* Must have reliable internet.
* Must be able to work weekends.
* Must be able to respond to guest inquiries within 20 minutes.
