We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help manage our growing portfolio of vacation rentals. We are based out of Seattle but we will continue to expand to other cities and states.

Responsibilities:
As a Vacation Rental Management Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

– **Guest Communication and Support:**
– Promptly respond to guest inquiries, provide information, and offer assistance throughout their stay.

– **Review Removal:**
– Manage the process of removing inappropriate or fraudulent reviews.

– **Resolutions and Claims:**
– Handle any guest disputes or claims efficiently and professionally.
– Effectively document and submit claims to receive payouts for damages, house rule violations, etc

– **Cleaning and Maintenance Coordination:**
– Schedule and oversee cleaning and maintenance services to ensure properties are in top condition for guests.
– Monitor battery levels (locks and cameras)
– Review property video recordings daily to ensure compliance with house rules

– **Revenue Management:**
– Monitor pricing strategies and adjust rates to maximize revenue and occupancy.

– **Calendar Management:**
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars across various booking platforms.

– **Listing Creation and Optimization:**
– Create and optimize property listings on multiple platforms to attract potential guests.
– Update and optimize listings

– **Creating Reports:**
– Generate regular reports on property performance and guest feedback.
– Create and prepare owner statements

– **Lead Generation:**
– Identify potential leads and opportunities for expanding our property portfolio.

– **Payment Processing:**
– Handle guest payments and ensure accurate and timely processing.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

Following requirements needed:
– Work experience with platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia Group, etc
– Experience as a case manager or a similar role.

Note: College and University experience is great, but we do not require this. We believe that life experience is just as important and we invest into individuals that are willing to grow and improve.

Results:
– Maintain a review rating of 4.8 or higher (8 or higher on booking platforms).
– Achieve a 100% response rate to all inquiries.
– Maintain a response time of 10 minutes or less for all inquiries.
