Job Description

Join our fast-growing company as a Vehicle Inspector / customer support agent.

You will provide vehicle inspections for our client’s customers via video chat. Having live interaction with rideshare drivers, those with good customer service skills, ability to multitask and can learn quickly will excel in the Vehicle Inspector role.

It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: 3 – 4 working days per week. Possible shifts:
– 10pm – 10am Manila time (if it’s weekdays);
– 11pm – 8am Manila time (if it’s on Saturday);
– 12am – 7 am Manila time (If it’s on Sunday).

Your responsibilities:
– Begin inspections on time and complete in a timely manner;
– Communicate effectively with driver regarding the completion of the inspection and any issues;
– Complete inspection over Zoom video chat;
– Confirm driver need for inspection and overview of the process;
– Inspect all required points of vehicle inspection;
– Collect VIN, license plate, registration expiration, and odometer reading from driver vehicles;
– Inform the driver of vehicle pass or fail Internal Communication;
– Update system with pass / fail / no-show;
– Update the status appropriately;
– Communicate with the coordinator if any issues with the driver appointment.

– Able to multitask with attention to details.
– Good with technology.

– Have your own computer, smartphone and strong Internet connection.
– Are client-oriented and attentive to details, have active listening skills and are a problem solver and hard-working team-player.
– Rideshare inspection knowledge is a plus.
