Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Vendor Central Specialist with a focus on handling reimbursement claims. As a Vendor Central Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our relationship with Amazon as a vendor. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate and file reimbursement claims through Vendor Central, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues related to returns, damaged inventory, and other reimbursement scenarios.

Responsibilities:

Reimbursement Claim Management:

File reimbursement claims through Amazon Vendor Central for various scenarios, including customer returns, damaged goods, and compliance-related issues.
Monitor and track the progress of reimbursement cases to ensure timely resolution.
Communication with Amazon Vendor Support:

Effectively communicate with Amazon Vendor Support to address reimbursement-related inquiries and follow up on outstanding cases.
Collaborate with Amazon representatives to negotiate favorable terms and resolutions.
Vendor Agreement Compliance:

Review and understand the terms and conditions of vendor agreements to ensure compliance with reimbursement policies.
Work to optimize reimbursement processes based on negotiated terms.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize Vendor Central tools and reports to analyze financial transactions, identify reimbursement opportunities, and track key performance indicators.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on reimbursement activities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience working with Amazon Vendor Central, specifically in the area of reimbursement claims.
In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s reimbursement policies, procedures, and vendor agreements.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage effectively with Amazon Vendor Support.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and documentation.
