We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chargeback & Shortages Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our sellers receive the maximum reimbursement for discrepancies and issues in their Amazon Vendor selling accounts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon’s vendor processes, dispute management, be proficient in data analysis, and be able to work independently to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Account Auditing: Perform daily audits of Amazon Vendor accounts to identify potential reimbursement opportunities.
Data Analysis: Analyze large sets of data to identify discrepancies, overcharges, and other reimbursement-worthy issues.
Reimbursement Recovery: Initiate and manage the reimbursement process with Amazon to ensure sellers receive the funds they are owed.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline the reimbursement process.
Best Practices: Continuously stay updated with Amazon’s policies and guidelines and guide best practices to optimize seller accounts.
Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights on operational chargeback trends and recovery progress.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all reimbursement activities.
Qualifications:
Experience: . Proven experience in Vendor Central operations and successful recovery of discrepancies and shortages with high volume accounts.
Data Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and working with large datasets.
Deductions resolution and create insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives on the Amazon account.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and proactively identify reimbursement opportunities.
Amazon Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s seller policies, 1p processes, and dispute management.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate reimbursements.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Process Improvement: Experience in creating and implementing SOPs is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex reimbursement issues.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist in various aspects of vendor account management.
Must be responsive and work U.S hours when starting.
