We are looking for a Vendor Registration Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our business is compliant and efficient in conducting government contracts.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Vendor Registration Assistant to handle the registration process for local, state, and federal agencies as a vendor. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our company’s eligibility to bid on government contracts, manage vendor databases, and support our sales and business development efforts.

Responsibilities:

-Research and identify the registration requirements for local, state, and federal government agencies.
-Prepare and submit all necessary documents and applications for vendor registration.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procurement regulations and procedures for government agencies.
-Communicate with government agency representatives and attend registration meetings, as required.
-Monitor the progress of vendor registration applications and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
-Collaborate with our sales and business development teams to identify and pursue government contracting opportunities.
-Organize and maintain a database of vendor registration information and documentation.
-Provide timely updates to management regarding registration status and compliance.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, government relations, or a related field is preferred.
-Prior experience in vendor registration for local, state, or federal government agencies is a significant advantage.
-Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficiency in using software and tools related to vendor registration (CRM, Spreadsheets).
-Speak Good english and is comfortable talking on the phone
