We are looking for a fast learner, versatile assistant with advanced technical, numerical and management skills for Property Management Company. You should have at least 3 years of experience to work. You will work directly with the CEO of Oasis Living and the rest of the team. We are a short term rental manager, managing properties on Airbnb, and other similar platforms in UK and Spain.
You will be handling an array of day to day administrative, spreadsheet, research and email/coordination/organisation related to various projects related to property management
– Every day will be different with new tasks coming at you, that you need to do with spreadsheets, microsoft word, our company sales CRM software and via other online tools
– Create and maintain advertisements on rental platforms
– Constantly monitor the property rental, find out bottlenecks where things are going wrong, devise strategies to fix them
– Organize, document and maintain business documents in Google Docs, Spreadsheets, WordPress pages
– Analyse business data each month in spreadsheets, prepare financial analysis and financial forecasts and report to seniors
– Help with several ad-hoc tasks
– Maintain company websites – HTML, CSS and basic javascript – which if you don’t know already you need to be able to learn fast.
– Communicate very clearly in written (Email, slack) and via video (via Loom and other video recording)
– Attend daily team calls via Zoom video twice daily
– Work hours: Monday to Friday. Between 9am – 6pm pm UK time with meal break. This is a job where you need to be present online at the work hours fully.

Requirements
===============
– Fast learning, non-linear thinker and great in problem solving and mathematics.
– You have to be super organized. Existing degree or certification in project management will be preferred. You should already be very familiar with one project management tool like Asana or Jira and be able to show during interview how you use these, how you keep a track of your todos in your prior roles.
– Versatile in many skills and with proven history of learning new skills fast. Your job will evolve every month over the next 2-3 years. You cannot say “I was hired for doing X, I dont want to do anything other than that”. In one day you might be asked to use your Photoshop skills to edit pictures and create advertisments on Airbnb; next week you might be asked to reconcile a spreadsheet for our expenses and summarise them over an email; yet another week you might be asked to create a new WordPress site from scratch and given minimum guidance and asked to learn the rest from Youtube.
– You can pick up things very fast, and like to think about problems you encounter in your free time and how to solve them better. We will test your problem solving skills and maths/logical analysis skills during interview
– Ideally you will be between 23-35 years old – with enough experience
– Familiarity with UK society, UK business practices will be a plus point
– You have to be trustworthy. We need references from your current/previous employer where you have worked in a similar role
– A science or maths degree preferred.
– C2 Proficiency in English – Given the nature of the role, you will be directly emailing senior managers and investors and business contacts in UK and you should be able to communicate very fluently in English – orally and in writing
– Long term thinker. Ideally we are looking for an individual who can work with us for 5-10 years or more
Domain Knowledge

You need to know at least 2 of the below and be ready to learn the rest asap
– Short term rental platforms – Airbnb and
– WordPress, including creating a new wordpress site and maintaining it
– Photoshop, complex photo editing
– Excel sheet, advanced level including Vlookups, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting
– If you know basic programming (Python or VBA or other such language)
– React JS programming, with HTML and CSS
– Advanced use of ChatGPT, prompt engineering.
