Your role will be crucial in growing social media presence on Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You’ll also help with other tasks as needed. I need someone with a keen eye for detail who can create creative, unique, and engaging visuals that resonate with the audience and evoke emotions, making them feel relatable.

Responsibilities:

Social Media:
Create and post high-quality images and short videos for Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Creative and expert in editing engaging visuals and short-form videos for TikTok and other social media platforms. Captivate viewers from the first 5 seconds and keep them watching until the end, which can make the videos go viral.
Design attractive, on-brand graphics and photos showcasing our products and hair care tips.
Write engaging, relatable, and SEO-friendly captions.
Plan and manage a content calendar.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies based on data.
Write a catchy hair care headline idea on the subject of your email application.
At the beginning of your cover letter, include your three favorite hair care routines to maintain the health of your hair.

General Support:
Help with email management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
Conduct research and data entry.
Support marketing campaigns and other business initiatives.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach.

Requirements:
Proven experience creating content for Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Strong understanding of the hair care industry and beauty trends.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent writing skills for creating captivating and relatable captions.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and improve engagement.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience growing social media accounts for beauty or hair care brands.
