We’re a small team leading a rapidly growing international e-commerce company from Sweden, looking for someone to help with daily tasks as we scale to new heights.
With us, great work never goes unrewarded and each day comes with different and exciting tasks, but also some elements of repetitive tasks that are easy, but take some time. We’re looking forward to a stable long-term relationship and not micromanaging – we think that the result/ outcome is more important than the way you get there.
This is a full-time position, and we expect 40 hours of work per week, done during your normal work hours. This may be less some weeks, but it won’t affect your salary. Tasks will be assigned the night before. Most of the work can be done through standardized procedures we supply.

What we’re looking for: an empathic and solution oriented person, fluent in English (speaking and writing) that is comfortable learning and doing new things, and excited to grow with us. Prior experience as a VA is a must. You must have a capable phone and computer and a reliable internet connection. Good communication skills is also a must.
Main tasks:
– Customer Service via email
– Crafting entertaining and educational scripts for short form content
– Short form content posting
– Video editing (CapCut)
– Data entry for daily metrics
– Managing communications with customs to clear packages over email
Other tasks:
– Photo editing
– Various repetitive tasks
– Generating photos with AI for use in video editing
– Various research tasks
– Video filming
– Sourcing suppliers online
– Making various calls to solve minor issues
– Inventory tracking + alerting when low
– Various other tasks at request
