I’m searching for someone who can assist me with tasks, both small and large. You’ll also be there as an advisor and partner when needed. It’s important that you’re motivated and able to complete tasks independently.
Other important qualities include the ability to follow instructions, communicate well and promptly. Experience with productivity tools such as Zoom, Notion, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp is a must.
You will average 10-15 hours weekly. You day to day tasks will include:
Freelancer Recruitment: Utilize your experience in hiring freelancers for social media marketing, blog writing, SEO, python and full stack programmers
Advisory Role: Share insights and advice based on your hands-on experience in various areas. Provide guidance on topics you’re well-versed in, contributing to informed decision-making.
Productivity Tools: Proficiently use tools like Zoom, Notion, and spreadsheets to facilitate seamless communication, collaboration, and project management.
Research: Employ your research skills to gather and organize information on a range of subjects. Deliver concise and accurate summaries for informed decision-making.
Quick Learning: Demonstrate your ability to quickly grasp new concepts and answer queries accurately, even when you haven’t previously researched a specific topic.
Communication: Maintain excellent and timely communication using WhatsApp for updates and asking questions. Use Zoom for video conference when necessary
Tech & AI Savvy: Effectively use ChatGPT and other AI tools to streamline tasks, research, generate content, and optimize workflow efficiency.
Social Media Management: Leverage your expertise in social media platforms to create, schedule, and curate engaging content. Monitor social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and foster meaningful interactions with our audience.
Anonymity and Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality and anonymity standards when handling sensitive information.
