Versatile Virtual Assistant – Customer Support, WordPress, and IT Specialist

As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated Virtual Assistant who can handle a variety of tasks beyond customer support. We need someone with expertise in WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP scripts, plugins, cPanel, VPS, hosting, SEO, and automation tools like Zapier or Make. If you have experience with AI tools such as diffusion AI and possess the persona to handle repetitive tasks and support work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support (Primary Role):
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
– Resolve customer issues with patience and efficiency.
– Provide effective solutions to technical problems.
– Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues.
– Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes.
– Create and update FAQs and knowledge base articles for customers.

2. Technical Support and Development (Secondary Role):
– Manage and develop WordPress and WooCommerce themes.
– Create and customize PHP scripts and plugins.
– Handle cPanel and VPS management.
– Set up and maintain development environments and hosting.
– Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
– Utilize AI tools and automation platforms like Zapier or Make for workflow optimization.

3. Flexibility and Emergency Support:
– Work flexibly as part of a growing team, coordinating schedules as needed.
– Be available to provide expertise in case of emergencies or urgent tasks.

4. Additional Tasks:
– Perform repetitive and support tasks as required.
– Handle data entry tasks related to digital product delivery.
– Be open to taking on various additional tasks to support business operations.

Requirements:
– Fluency in written and spoken English.
– Proven experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, cPanel, and VPS.
– Strong knowledge of SEO best practices.
– Proficiency in using automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
– Ability to self-learn and adapt to new technologies.
– Ability to leverage AI assistance effectively.
– Patience and empathy in dealing with customers.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Position Details:
– Full-time position (40 hours per week).
– Flexible work schedule, coordinated with the team.
– Work from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
– You don’t need to be an expert in all the skills mentioned above; a basic understanding and a willingness to learn are essential. Commitment, fast learning ability, and a high capacity for self-learning are highly valued.
