About the Role:
Up to 20 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, technical, and creative assistance to our client. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of both personal and professional responsibilities and will be capable of managing tasks and duties remotely. Your main goal will be to provide support to the client, allowing them to focus on their core tasks by managing their schedule, organizing their personal and professional responsibilities, and providing various other forms of assistance.
Responsibilities:
– Managing personal and professional calendars, setting up meetings and appointments and providing reminders.
– Handling emails and other correspondence on behalf of the client, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing important matters.
– Assisting in the organization of personal tasks such as paying bills, making reservations, shopping, and managing social events.
– Assisting in professional tasks such as document preparation, data entry, research, and presentation creation.
– Coordinating with other team members or external partners, as needed.
– Implementing and maintaining an effective filing system, both digital and physical, for easy document retrieval.
– Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve the client’s productivity and efficiency.
– Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
– Any other task that may be required to streamline the client’s personal and professional life.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
– Proficiency in managing digital and physical files.
– Familiarity with basic office management procedures and technical vocabulary.
– Proficiency in using office software including MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Docs, and digital calendars.
– Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and take initiative.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
