US-based agency seeks business development representatives for real estate and real estate technology companies. Assignments include: technology sales, real estate appointment setting, recruiting appointment setting, follow-up calling. The majority of time will be spent on the phone during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities
• Outreach and Communication: Reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce the company and its products and services.
• Qualifying Leads: Assessing the needs, use case, and budget of leads to determine their suitability as clients.
• Scheduling Meetings: Setting up meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
• Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams: Working closely with sales and marketing to align strategies and initiatives for generating leads and increasing sales.
• Market Analysis: Keeping up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities using the CRM.
• Feedback and Reporting: Providing feedback from potential clients to enhance product/service performance and delivery.
• Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly targets set by management.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Very strong spoken English with little to no accent
• A great conversationalist and email writer, with the ability to quickly build rapport and credibility.
• Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years or more in client services, account management, business development, or a related field.
Qualifications:
• Experience with recruiting agents for Brokerages or selling software is a Plus!
• Are knowledgeable of GSuite (Google Docs) and have the technical aptitude to learn new systems.
