Vice President Of Sales Role In Depth Details:
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our team of remote sales specialists and manage client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving the company’s growth and ensuring that monthly sales targets are met. This position will pay multiple six figures & is offering full remote work. We are seeking someone who really wants this, is ready to put in the work & has extensive past experience. Someone who is ready to lean into a fast moving role & quickly step into a leadership position with an entrepreneurship mindset.
Void Management Sales Team Management:
Void Management currently spends 5 figure budget on paid advertising to generate new clients. This number will only be going up & up in the coming months
Our team structure on this end includes
Appointment Setters: Calls all leads & tries to book them into sales calls
Closers: Run sales calls, send out client contracts & work to nurture pending contracts into signed deals
Accounting: Processes sales transactions & sets up recurring payments after signed contracts; deals with any clients who have declined card info
This team meets 3X/week and also coordinates with our marketing/advertising department to optimize quality lead flow, marketing messaging etc
We would like you to oversee this department and bring to our attention underperforming/overperforming staff members, look over team performance data, report on weekly/monthly cash collected/revenue generated in this department. Essentially we need you to manage the day to day at a high level and bring to our attention if there are big issues, new staff needed etc.
This role will reflect about 15-20% of what we need from you but it would be of great benefit to have you step in here as well and earn % bonuses on all cash collected on the front end of the business
Void Management Luxury Call Specialist + Caller & Client Partnership Management
Void Management has a rapidly growing client base (50+) & with a rapidly growing client base we have a rapidly growing amount of staff needed to drive performance for our clients
We are a performance based company and in the future the vast majority of our income will solely come from the performance of our current clients. Each client must be signing at least 2 listings a month through our teams efforts
The team composition of this side of the business is as follows
Luxury Call Specialists & Directors: manage 5–7 clients on a micro level, calling their leads (within 5 minutes KPI), following up with their appointments booked for our clients, reporting to REI on appointment quality, meeting with their clients 1X/week to go over performance, lead flow, appointments etc. They are essentially in charge of managing 5-7 clients on a micro level to drive performance, look for ways to increase/optimize performance and push their clients to take listings
Marketing & Systems Team: Builds out advertising, outbound prospecting campaigns, automations and more for our client campaigns. This team is automating as much as we can on a daily basis across all areas of the business to increase efficiency & optimizing our client text, email & ad campaigns to drive additionally leads.
Upscale Callers: We have a partnership with a call center while growing our own internal team. This is going to be our companies largest monthly expense going forward, which is why we need these callers to perform. Callers will be micro managed by Luxury Call Specialists but overall performance of the luxury callers & upscale callers will be your responsibility.
Quality Controllers & Client Success Managers: We also have an upper management with our team that will be rapidly growing as they look to support our team as much as possible. These are the ones bringing in callers, making feedback adjustments, pushing their team to perform, ensuring quality control is established
Recruiter & Talent Director: Directly in charge of seeking out new luxury call specialists, callers & more pivotal roles in growing the company to match the rate of growth of our client base
