Video ads/YouTube editor

Hey there,
My name is Jacob Steven. I run a company called UGCinfluence and we specialize in UGC ads for business’s across the globe. I am the main creator for our company and produce on average 15-25 projects a week for a multitude of different brands. We have distinct editing styles that we produce our ads in. Some are very basic like just making jump cuts, some are much more details with advanced motion graphics and in depth editing.
Essentially here is what I’m looking for. Someone who is motivated, wants to be apart of a business that is bursting with exposure and would be intrested in becoming one of the top editors in all of PHI.
I’m sure you get plenty of people who think their business is the next big thing, but I currently have a full time editor who has been with me from when I worked as a marketing director to now running a full fledged agency.
Don’t believe me, but you will train under him and he will vouch for us.
With quarterly raises and bonuses we’re looking to bring on an editor who wants consistent work.
Full paid vacation, easy hours (mon-fri) and a kick back atmosphere to work in.
The majority of the work will come with editing my personal YouTube channel with some of our UGC ad editing projects as well.
Experience in video editing is required but more than anything a will to learn and advance your skills is the far more preferred attribute.
If you don’t know how to do something, I can be patient while you learn how to do it.
Schedule would be (mon-fri) 8 hours a day. Pay will be based on your current skill sets but a minimum base pay of $900 a month will be paid as long as you show you have the experience and a willingness to learn and grow.
My last editor I hired off of this website has received 5 raises in the last year + bonuses.
Think Idman Gahzi, Grant Cardone or Graham Stephan when the first started getting popular.

Communication is key here. I may go a month without talking to you as long as projects are completed (ask my current editor) but if I have questions or concerns they must be addressed in a timely manner.
