Job Description:
1. Edit raw video footage and audio recordings to create compelling and visually engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
2. Manipulate and enhance video and audio elements such as color correction, audio mixing, sound effects, transitions, and graphics to ensure a polished and professional final product.
3. Collaborate with content creators, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative vision.
4. Organize and manage media assets, project files, and production timelines to ensure efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in video editing, audio production, and post-production to continuously improve skills and workflow efficiency.
6. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to overcome challenges during the editing process.
7. Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and talent as needed for specialized editing and production tasks.
8. Ensure all video and audio content adheres to brand guidelines, quality standards, and legal requirements.
9. Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other departments to support their content needs with video and audio assets.
10. Contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance the visual and auditory impact of our content and storytelling.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Communications, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Video and Audio Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and expertise in video and audio production.
3. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
4. Experience with audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or Logic Pro.
5. Solid understanding of video codecs, formats, frame rates, and aspect ratios.
6. Strong technical skills and attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve editing and production issues.
7. Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and audio design.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
10. Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and visual effects is a plus.
