Video and Content Editor

Job Description:

I am seeking a talented and creative video editor to join my team. The ideal candidate should be an expert in creating visually compelling videos, specifically reels for Instagram, as well as Alex Hormozi style videos and fitness/hype videos. The candidate must also have excellent written and spoken English skills, be able to work well under deadlines, take feedback constructively and collaborate with the team to produce high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually stunning and engaging videos for various social media platforms, with a focus on Instagram reels and Alex Hormozi style videos.
Edit and enhance footage to tell compelling stories and engage the audience.
Take clips from google drive and create reels (hype style, some motivational reels, workout reels, fun upbeat tour style reels, etc)
Proficient in Canva/Similar apps
Design eye-catching graphics and visual elements to complement the videos.
Work closely with the team to ensure deadlines are met, and feedback is taken constructively.
Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platforms, to create content that is innovative and fresh.
Help develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and grow our audience.

Qualifications:

Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong skills in graphic design using software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
A portfolio showcasing your best work, including examples of Alex Hormozi style videos and fitness/hype videos.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle feedback constructively.
Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, especially Instagram.
A creative mindset and a strong visual eye, with the ability to tell a story through video.
