Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Video Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves assisting with video marketing efforts across various internet and social media platforms, as well as managing and updating our e-newsletter. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, social media promotions, and experience with landing pages, large subscription databases, and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Marketing:
Create, edit, and optimize video content for use on websites and social media channels.
Develop engaging video content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategy.
Monitor and analyze video performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Social Media Management:
Plan and execute social media promotions and campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
Schedule and publish posts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
E-Newsletter Management:
Manage and update the e-newsletter, including content creation and editing.
Use email marketing tools to send out newsletters to our subscription list.
Analyze e-newsletter performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Landing Pages and CRM Management:
Create and update landing pages to support marketing campaigns.
Manage a large subscription database and ensure all contact information is up-to-date.
Use CRM systems to track interactions with subscribers and generate reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience in video editing and social media promotions.
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Experience with email marketing tools and managing large subscription databases.
Proficiency in creating and managing landing pages.
Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role within a marketing or digital media environment.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for video content and promotions.
Compensation and Schedule:
This is a part-time role with flexible hours.
Compensation is $200 per month.
Occasional meetings via Zoom during USA business hours are required.
