Video and Graphics Editor (Part-time Freelancer Project Based)

Multimedia Editor (Part-time Freelancer 3 Months Project)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a skilled editor who specializes in video, audio, and graphics editing (preferable but not required) to complete a podcast project with our team for 3 months.
RATE AND HOURS
– There will be training for 1 week to do the assigned tasks once hired.
– Work hours required: 10 – 15 hours per week (sometimes less)
– Expected output: 2 – 3 podcast videos per week & 2 reels per episode.
– The schedule is flexible. You can set your desired time for work but have to be active for communication from 6PM- 10PM
– We are output based so a daily work report is required (template provided)
– After the training, you can designate the days and the hours you will work as long as you fulfill the tasks for the week.
– Available for the weekly team meeting every Monday 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM.
– Total offer: PHP18,000 for 3 months. Payable PHP6,000 monthly
– After 3 months we’ll evaluate based on your performance (reliability, quality of output, work ethic, soft skills, technical skills, and ability to meet deadlines) if it’s a fit, you will be offered to work with us continuously for PHP10,000 per month (Part-time)
– Payment can be done through Gcash / Bank transfer depending on the agreed terms.
QUALIFICATIONS
– Skilled in video, audio, and graphics editing
– You must be good at using Premier Pro and Photoshop. Knows how to edit audio. Experience in After Effects and Descript is preferable but not required.
– Almost everything can be Googled. So you must know how to do internet research and can find solutions to simple problems.
– Has intuition and can improve the quality of their work.

– We expect that as an editor you already have the resources to fulfill your tasks and not delay the project. We have a consistent turnaround time and can’t accept team members who drop the ball on us.
