Video and photo editer as product creative maker

Dear Candidate,

I run an eCommerce dropshipping company in Netherlands Germany with plans to expand to other countries.
We are looking for long-term employees to join our team immediately and help us grow.

We are looking for a photo and video editor to find and to edit creatives for our dropship products.

The main goal of this position is to effectively sell our products through engaging creatives.

I am looking for someone who is well organized and honest. You work in a structured way and have a sense of responsibility. Your work must be orderly and structured and able to work independently.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

Shopify (eCommerce platform)
Skype
Slack
Notion
Canva
Your own video editing programs

Responsibilities:

– Create the best quality photo and video creatives for our products
– Contribute to our documentation and improve our support processes.
– We expect you to be involved and thoughtful in our processes.
– Display a high level of professionalism at all times, even under pressure.
– Be able to work well with team members.
– Flexible

Candidates must be:

-Understand how to grab attention and how to sell products on specifik platforms with creatives
-Basic knowledge about dropshipping
-Knows how to find photo’s en video’s on social platform as Tiktiok, facebook and pinterest
-Fluent in English, both written and oral.
-Have at least 2 years of experience in photo and video editing
-Able to work independently
-Have experience translating with DeepL to other languages.
-You must be driven and and result oriented ( so not working for an hourly wage but working to get good results)
-Flexible

We will start with a two-week trial period. You will start part-time for those two weeks. After the trial period, we will negotiate a full-time position with me.
