Video & Audio Podcast Editor & Design Assistant

Part time with potential to grow.

I am looking for a whizz that is all about video editing, audio podcast Marketing Strategy, Funnels, Videos, Social Media and Repurposing content. I am looking for that special someone that has a natural ability to edit an hour long video, post to YouTube, export audio and post to podcast channels.

This is for a solo business consultant that is in a very specific market. The businesses main focus for client generation and trust building is a podcast. The podcast is filmed in Zoom.

For each episode the requirement would be to repurpose on brand brand content from each episode:

Example:

– Edit full 1 hour video interview.
– Add in intro and outtro’s
– Create Youtube cover in Canva
– Upload to YouTube
– Organize and store all video content in google drive
Create 10 x 1 minute vertical clips for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok and YouTube shorts – on brand with transcriptions
– Organize in social media management platform
Upload edited audio to podcast platform
Create and upload transcription for podcast platform
Create stills for IG posts from video
Design and send on brand podcast to email subscribers

Tools we currently use: Canva Pro, VideoAsk, Click to view Buzzsprout Podcast, DeScript Video, Mailerlite, IMovie,

I am looking for someone experienced with video editing and repurposing content. I am happy to train on specific systems but you must be confident in general video and marketing, the person that will be hired is going to be the person that tells me a better way to increase my business and is a self starter. The person that reads all of this will put in the subject line or in the first paragraph what your favourite colour is.

Requirements and skills
Work experience as a Video editing and Marketing Assistant is a plus
Experience with photo or video editing software is a plus
Understanding of digital advertising tactics
Must have a good knowledge and experience building email funnels
Excellent English written and verbal communication abilities
