Video Content and Social Media Manager -Part Time

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

Retrieve recorded files from ‘Riverside’ and facilitate timely submissions from hosts.
Manage the podcast editing process, ensuring the delivery of polished full episodes and teasers.
Efficiently utilize Deciphr for streamlined file management and collaborate on episode title creation.
Schedule teaser video releases on relevant platforms.
Craft engaging YouTube and podcast descriptions, utilizing Deciphr and Bitly links for optimization.
Plan and schedule YouTube video releases and Buzzsprout audio uploads.
Collaborate with the team to create captivating podcast snippets using Munch and coordinate with designers.
Schedule social media posts, incorporating well-crafted captions, quotes, and hashtags from Deciphr.
Ensure proper tagging of guests in all social media posts.
Share LinkedIn posts to the company’s LinkedIn page.
Develop compelling Instagram stories to showcase new podcast episodes.
Send final assets emails to guests, coordinating with the team for efficient scheduling of post-filming tasks.
Create an IG story with the new episode for the highlights
Transforming lengthy videos into shorter, captivating snippets (e.g., 40-minute videos to 40-second snippets).
Collaborating with the video editing team to communicate the desired content vision.
Handling various small tasks related to uploading and organizing content.
Ensuring a smooth workflow for content publication.
Prioritizing content distribution on key platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, and Facebook.
Performing engagement tasks, including commenting, following, liking, and other relevant interactions to enhance our online presence.
Utilizing experience in Ecommerce, particularly on platforms like Amazon (experience is a bonus but not a requirement).

About You:

Core qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in overseeing video content creation, post-production workflows, and social media management.
Proficiency in video editing tools and a comprehensive understanding of social media platforms.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Deciphr AI, Bitly, Buzzsprout, and Munch is advantageous, but not required..
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with the editing team and engaging with the audience.
Experience in Ecommerce, particularly on platforms like Amazon would be preferred.
