We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning and engaging videos tailored specifically for these popular social media platforms. As a Video Editor specialized in TikTok and Instagram, you will be responsible for producing captivating and shareable content using the latest editing apps and tools, including CapCut.

Responsibilities:

2x Short Form content per day (6 days a week) – Total 12 edited videos a week (ranging 1-3mins)

1x Youtube Edit per week

TikTok and Instagram Content Creation: Utilize your expertise in video editing to create visually appealing and attention-grabbing videos that are optimized for TikTok and Instagram audiences.

CapCut Mastery: Stay updated with the latest features and capabilities of editing apps like CapCut, and utilize them to produce high-quality content that stands out on these platforms.

Storytelling for Short-form Content: Craft compelling narratives and storytelling techniques within the constraints of TikTok and Instagram’s short-form video formats.

Visual Effects and Transitions: Employ creative visual effects and seamless transitions to enhance the overall impact and engagement of the videos.

Music and Sound Integration: Utilize music and sound design effectively to create videos that resonate with the target audience and enhance the viewing experience.

Collaborative Approach: Work closely with our creative team, content creators, and social media specialists to understand platform-specific requirements and deliver videos that align with our brand’s tone and style.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor trends and viral content on TikTok and Instagram, and use this knowledge to inform your video editing decisions to keep our content relevant and up-to-date.

Adaptation and Optimization: Repurpose and optimize longer-form video content into short-form, engaging videos suitable for TikTok and Instagram.

Quality Control: Ensure the final videos meet the highest standards of quality, adhere to platform guidelines, and look visually appealing on mobile devices.

Analytics and Insights: Analyze performance metrics and audience engagement to continually refine and improve our content strategy on TikTok and Instagram.

Requirements:

Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio of TikTok and Instagram content. Experience with CapCut and other relevant editing apps is essential.

Platform-specific Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the unique characteristics, trends, and best practices of TikTok and Instagram video content.

Proficiency in Editing Software: Expertise in using industry-standard video editing software and mobile editing apps suitable for creating content on these social media platforms.

Creativity and Innovation: A keen eye for creative storytelling and the ability to experiment with unique editing techniques that align with current social media trends.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in various video formats, aspect ratios, and other technical aspects specific to TikTok and Instagram.

Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team and other stakeholders.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
