Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and creative Content Production Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will focus on the creation of digital game elements, including maps, items, weapons, and monsters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for running our content creation processes (we will train you), converting content for Patreon and Instagram, creating engaging Instagram reels, and generating captivating video content for social media.
Responsibilities:
Creating digital game elements, including maps, items, weapons, and monsters.
Running and optimizing current systems for content creation.
Producing Instagram reels with engaging background music and effects.
Generating Instagram posts that engage our audience by teasing content in a creative way.
Collaborating on the production of dynamic video content for social media, incorporating elements like music and movement.

Requirements:
Proven experience in content creation, with a focus on social media platforms
Familiarity with Dungeons & Dragons is preferred.
Proficiency in AI tools is preferred, but not necessary. We are ready to provide training for the right candidate.
Competence in video editing software, particularly Davinci Resolve.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
High degree of creativity and original thinking.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Compensation:
Compensation will be determined on a per-project basis, taking into account the quality and speed of the work produced.
