Video & Design Freelancer

Do you have a passion for creative design and a desire to work with top brands?

As part of our freelance team, you’ll be responsible for creating visually stunning digital assets that engage and excite our clients’ audiences. From video ads (both animated and UGC) to social media ads and banner ads — your designs will be a crucial element in driving business results for our clients.

But we’re not just looking for any designer – we need someone with a strong design background and a drive to learn and grow. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment collaborating and innovating to deliver impactful performance creative.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Design ad creative for major digital ad networks (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Design and produce video that helps drive customer engagement and conversion, including concepting and editing of UGC creative
Use data-driven decisions to improve designs over time
Receive and incorporate critical feedback regarding design decisions
Support and align with design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Here is what you have:
Working knowledge of creative production:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Researching brands and products to inform creative concepting
Demonstrated proficiency in executing classic design principles
Working knowledge of digital advertising:
Platform advertising specs and best practices (e.g., for Google Display Network, Facebook ads, LinkedIn advertising, etc.)
Media platform requirements (and where to find and apply them)
Thorough knowledge of workflow management & optimization
Excellent time management skills and strict adherence to deadlines
Operating in the best practices of our core workflow systems
(eg. Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Harvest etc.)

Ideal candidates will:
Be able to work 40 hours a week between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (USA)
Be fluent in English (verbal and written)
Have a reliable internet connection
Have access to Adobe Creative Suite (monthly reimbursement will be provided to cover the cost)
