Video Editing

Hello! Help me look beautiful and professional with your work! I want to create videos that are attractive to my sophisticated sellers. I’m a realtor in California and I would like professional content for my Youtube channel so that sellers and buyers can find me with my video content.I would like to start making videos about the different communities I serve. Looking for an experienced, video editor who can do some clean edits to our ongoing videos for Youtube, Instagram Reels and social media platforms. This will begin as a part-time position and hope to continue & grow into a full time position.

Must be FAST, effective, and have previous experience in EDITING! Required to add music, text (using voice transcription since many people don’t play the volume),

The ideal candidate is experienced and skilled using Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro, Capcut, TubeBuddy, and Canva. I can supply music. If you know how to use After Effects or create a clean intro that would be nice.

I would like your work to be better than mine! Here’s a 3 min. vertical video on YouTube that I should have made as horizontal or edited down into a short. I would like my “Umm” and “ahhh” removed if possible w/o being too choppy. 🙁

4. A list of the editing apps that you use consistently and can demonstrate proficiency
5. A link to a video from your FAVORITE YouTube creator that showcases the style of videos you enjoy watching most.
6. Can you use ChatGPT to use for video descriptions? Keywords for SEO? Explain your experience with all platforms and what would you recommend to improve my Youtube channel for search. Can you write the descriptives with SEO keywords (using Tubebuddy for optimization). This isn’t necessary, but I expect the video to be professional, clean and better than mine!

Skills required
• Video editing for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and also chop them and re-edit into short form content.
– Create attractive Thumbnails for the platforms (FB page, Youtube Channel, Instagram)
