ARE YOU RIGHT FOR THIS POSITION?
The ideal person for this position will have experience working either remotely for an organization, or for a company in the Philippines, and is a self-starter with a proven track record of producing high-quality video edits in accordance to briefs as well as concepts and comparable examples provided to you. You will have a portfolio/body of work to showcase examples of your past work that you have edited and produced in a high-quality finish on a consistent basis. You will work independently as well as form part of a remote marketing team located in the Philippines. This role is 100% work from home. You will also have an above-average understanding of spoken and written English, as well as high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a thirst for professional growth.

Responsibilities:
• You will be editing a variety of raw videos, including videos to be produced for social media posts, social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc), video sales landing pages, emails, and more
• You will be editing footage already captured, and adding the latest edit trends to the videos to make them captivating and eye-catching
• You will discuss ideas with the creative team prior to editing, and produce edits for feedback before finalizing the video
• You will be posting the final edited videos on social media through a social media scheduling tool, with writing short social media posts to accompany the videos you produce
• Providing creative direction when inserting captions, graphics, special effects, and video texts, especially for advertising products
• Understanding client briefs, offering creative feedback, and providing an estimated filming budget

Experience:
• You will have experience in editing videos based on clear briefs and also experience in replicating ideas and concepts (we are looking for content in the editing style of Alex Hormozi and Iman Gadzhi videos)
• You have a creative flare and experience in adding your own unique creative ideas to projects and giving advice/feedback
• Proficiency in video editing software like Lumen5, Final Cut Pro, Sony Vegas, Adobe suite, and Nero Video to name a few
• You will have experience in color grading, audio editing, seamless cuts, greenscreen editing, adding automated captions (and checking accuracy and making edits if need be)
