I need a freelance video editor to work for me.
I do:
Web3 Gaming videos
– It’s important that you have some experience in editing gaming videos and some understanding of the gaming industry.
– Understanding about crypto/web3 is a plus.
– We’re looking for good quality and some knowledge on After Effects or identical, knowing how to properly put music in a video, camera movement to give emphasis to important moments. In a nutshell creativity will be needed.

In order to work for me you’ll need to pass a test which consists in editing a 2m video tailored for Twitter out of 20-30m of gameplay footage.
The test video isn’t paid. I am sorry about that but I videos have a deadline and I can’t put videos in editor’s hands before testing their skill.
How much do we pay?
The payment will be based on your skill. You can count with a fair amount.
How many videos will I give you weekly?
If you re the right person I can give you 3-5 videos per week. That will mean you can have a full western salary just by working for me.
But we need:
– Good quality
– Decent English skills
– Working fast is important (standard delivery time is 48h)
– Communication
– Creativity (sometimes you’ll need to select the footage for a video from a stream)
– Video editing skills (obviously)
– Communication
– Professionalism
– Understanding of the gaming industry
– BONUS: Understanding of the crypto industry
As I’ve said there’s an unpaid test which will help me select a few candidates to be part of my team.
If you pass these are the work conditions:
– Payments at the end of the month in crypto
– Freelance basis
– After some time I can pay additional courses to further refine your skills
– You can choose when to take videos or not
– Suggestions on how to improve our business will be welcome
If all of these conditions work for you then this is the test. I know it sucks to work for free but I have tight deadlines and demanding clients and I can’t give people I don’t know videos without testing them first.
