About Us:
We’re an emerging channel on YouTube, with last month having over 200 million views monthly across two dynamic accounts. One is Gaming and the other is Comedy/IRL. Our content ranges from punchy shortform pieces to engaging longform gaming and real-life challenge videos.
What We’re Looking For:
– A diligent, visionary video editor to take our content to the next level and to grow with us. We are new to this space (tenure of 3 months)
– A gamer is preferred as one of the accounts you’ll be editing for has purely gaming content, and it’s a SKIT done in front of a green-screen, meaning you’ll need to get in game to take screenshots/record the backgrounds to put on top of the greenscreen (Fortnite, Valorant, Minecraft, Roblox, etc)
Key Responsibilities:
Shortform Content:
– Create captivating videos up to 60 seconds.
– Incorporate greenscreen techniques—selecting and integrating appropriate backgrounds.
– Manage end-to-end editing from trimming, sound effects, music selection, to the final cut.
– Deliver first drafts within a tight 8-hour window.
Longform Content:
-Shape and refine engaging gaming videos and real-life challenge content.
-Use storytelling prowess to elevate existing narratives, enhancing viewer retention.
-Turn around an initial edit within a maximum of 2 days.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 1-year video editing experience.
-An artistic eye for storytelling, capable of magnifying narratives.
-Ability to work within tight deadlines, delivering top-tier content quickly and efficiently.
-Proficiency with greenscreen editing and background selection.
Compensation:
– Shortform rates begin at $15 per video, with potential increases as you attune to our vision. (daily)
– Longform content starts at $70 per video, also with the opportunity for growth in compensation. (2-4 times per week)
