Video Editor

We are immediately seeking someone who is creative and enjoys the art of editing videos to clearly communicate our marketing message to help us grow our online business and personal coaching company.

TASKS REQUIREMENTS

– Editing video content for Instagram/Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts from our long form weekly content videos. We will need 12-15 shorts/mo and will pay $20 ea.

– Taking existing video content and repurposing them into short promotional pieces/ads for social media using captions and emojis. Much of the content will come from podcast interviews and be customized to their audiences for cross promotion. We will pay $25 for each podcast promo.

– Editing video testimonials for horizontal and vertical videos for social media content and our website. We will pay $10 each for testimonial videos.

– Be able to watch a video and know what content is worthy of being trimmed and highlighted as a short piece of content (we will train you with this). This will require a very high level of fluency with English.

– Construct high-quality and engaging weekly YouTube videos from pre-recorded raw cuts for our channel. Thumbnails will also need to be generated for the videos. We will need 4-5 long form videos/mo and will pay $30 ea. We will be especially interested in hiring you if you have experience growing a YouTube audience as we are looking to build our reach on that platform in the coming months.

– Communicate with the Content Production Management team on a weekly basis.

Are you comfortable with the outlined pay arrangements? If not, read no further. This is a project based engagement and position, NOT a monthly part or full time arrangement. However, it could develop into one if the initial projects are executed successfully.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Past experience working for an online company (please list previous experience).

– Strong ability to work in a team environment.

– Color and sound finishing is a plus

– Experience with graphic design

– Good internet access and ability to upload and download video

-You must also be willing to participate in a zoom interview before being accepted for the job. (We will correspond through email first to make sure you are comfortable in working with us first).

FULLY PAID ONE VIDEO TRIAL

We will fully pay for editing a trial video before making the decision to move forward on a recurring basis.
